"The Empty Bed" is a darkly comic pen-and-ink break-up book, in progress, yet to be released, a self-pitying lonely odyssey taking place after the end of a romantic relationship. It is playful and mystical, there are many one page jokes of heavy truths, an interview with my Mother on divorce and death, and The Death Wish Guide To Loss. All of it is rendered in my quill and brush where words and pictures mingle freely. Here are a few small samples from a much larger work.
